v2.9.38 – Tweeter footer disclaimer

Added

• Added a subtle Tweeter footer across Tweeter pages.
• Added a parody disclaimer clarifying that Tweeter is a fan-made Northline RP feature and is not affiliated with X or Twitter.
• Added quick footer links for Rules, Players, Status, and the main site.

Design notes

• Styled to match Tweeter without feeling intrusive.
• Uses theme-aware colors so it still fits dark, light, and blue Tweeter modes.
• On mobile, the footer sits above the bottom Tweeter action bar.
