Guides onboarding progress

Added

• A clearer onboarding journey panel on /guides.
• A personal “next step” card when signed in.
• Starter progress focused on the first guide cards new players actually need.
• Step-by-step cards for account connection, first steps, economy, properties, and optional role guides.

Updated

• Guide copy stays relaxed and player-facing.
• Remaining role guide cards are treated as optional extras instead of blocking the basic onboarding path.

Untouched

• Tweeter pages and Tweeter-specific styling were not changed.
