Northline RP Community Portal v2.8.3

Dashboard profile studio hotfix

• Reflowed the dashboard so the Profile Studio no longer sits in a cramped side column.
• Made the customization form full-width underneath the character record.
• Changed cover banner cards to use image-first cards instead of squeezing text beside thumbnails.
• Updated the cover preset names and descriptions so they better match the actual Northbound RP images.
• Kept saved cover preset IDs compatible with earlier 2.8.x builds.
