Northline RP Community Portal v2.8.6

Navbar and footer correction

• Rebuilt the main-site header using a visible NorthlineRP wordmark instead of the old NL badge.
• Added active nav states, icons, online count, and a proper account dropdown.
• Added a mobile menu with useful route descriptions and account actions.
• Reworked the footer into a cleaner community footer with stronger spacing, clearer columns, and a bottom disclaimer row.
• Fixed Ape Tavern banner copy contrast.

Tweeter pages remain visually isolated from the main-site navbar/footer.
