Northline RP Community Portal v2.8.8

Status page polish

• Rebuilt the public status page into a friendlier, easier-to-read city status hub.
• Added a large current status hero with player count and capacity bar.
• Added clearer at-a-glance cards for join status, latest activity, known citizens, and average visit length.
• Added current online player list when available.
• Added recent join/leave activity in a simpler public format.
• Kept the page focused on player-useful information rather than host/process telemetry.

Navbar readability

• Improved selected/active nav link contrast across light, control-center, and glass website styles.
• Tightened hover and active states so the active page remains readable and obvious.

Tweeter pages/components were not modified in this pass.
