Northline RP Community Portal v2.9.10

Tweeter social polish hotfix.

Fixed

• Improved Lite Edit contrast in Light and Twitter Blue modes so the maintenance fallback editor no longer renders dark-on-dark or dark-on-blue.
• Repaired compact Who to follow rows so names, handles, avatars, and follow buttons share the row correctly instead of the Follow button taking over the list.
• Refined Messages/DM styling with a more Tweeter-like two-pane layout, sticky headers, clearer conversation previews, better empty states, improved bubble contrast, and mobile fallbacks.
• Added auto-scroll to the active DM thread after loading or sending messages.
