Tweeter content filtering

• Added a first-pass Tweeter content filter for common profanity and slurs.
• Offending terms are now visually obscured with a soft blur mask and subtle sparkle treatment.
• Tweets with obscured text now show a small notice explaining why content was hidden.
• Users can hover over a masked term to peek at a small revealed area.
• Users can click a masked term to reveal the full word, and click again to hide it.
• Filtered rendering is now applied across the main Tweeter feed, profile timelines, thread cards, and full tweet detail pages.
